1. What We Do
KC Concrete Guide is a lead generation and contractor matching service. We publish educational content about concrete services in the Kansas City metro area and connect homeowners with local, vetted concrete contractors. We are not a contractor ourselves — we facilitate introductions between you and the pros.
2. SMS Program Terms
Program name: KC Concrete Guide Alerts
How to enroll: By submitting our quote request form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you opt in to receive text messages from KC Concrete Guide.
Message frequency: Varies based on your inquiry. Typically 1–3 messages per request (confirmation, follow-up, contractor match notification).
Cost:Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

Supported carriers:AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed.
3. No Contractor Guarantee
We work hard to match you with qualified, reputable contractors in your area. However, KC Concrete Guide does not guarantee:
- The availability of a contractor in your city at any given time
- The quality, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work
- That a contractor will contact you within any specific timeframe
- The accuracy of any estimate or quote provided by a contractor
Any contract, agreement, or relationship you enter into is directly with the contractor, not with KC Concrete Guide. We encourage you to verify licensing, insurance, and references before starting any project.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when submitting a quote request
- Use this site only for legitimate home improvement inquiries
- Do not submit fake, duplicate, or fraudulent requests
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
- You must be 18 years or older and have authority to authorize work at the property
5. Limitation of Liability
KC Concrete Guide's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any contractor relationship facilitated through it. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to $100.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
